Terms and conditions of sale
Last updated: 06/09/2026.
1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of the services offered on https://boostpage.fr by [raison sociale to be filled in], hereinafter “BoostPage”. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.
2. Services
BoostPage sells social media visibility services: followers, likes, views, comments and engagement signals. The characteristics of each service (quantity, delivery speed, quality, top-up, ability to cancel) are stated on its page and form part of the contract.
BoostPage is an independent service, with no affiliation or partnership with the platforms mentioned. Platform names are used solely to identify which services they apply to.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, including tax where applicable. The price that applies is the one displayed when the order is confirmed. A minimum order of $0.00 applies.
4. Ordering and payment
An order is confirmed once these terms are accepted. Payment is made by the methods offered at checkout. Delivery starts once payment is received.
5. Customer obligations
- Provide an accurate, public link to the profile or content concerned.
- Keep that account or content accessible for the whole of the delivery.
- Not order a service for an account they do not control.
A wrong link or an account switched to private prevents fulfilment: in that case, the order cannot be refunded.
6. Delivery
The times stated on each offer page are estimates based on the service's usual speed. Delivery is gradual by nature.
7. Top-ups and cancellation
Where an offer includes a top-up, drops observed during the stated period are replaced on request. Where an offer allows cancellation, it remains possible as long as delivery has not started.
8. Right of withdrawal
Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period with the customer's prior agreement. By confirming an order, the customer requests immediate performance of the service and waives that right once delivery has started.
9. Liability
BoostPage undertakes to use its best efforts to deliver the services ordered. BoostPage guarantees no commercial result, no effect on the customer's position in platform recommendations, and no compliance of the service with the terms of use of the platforms concerned, which the customer alone remains responsible for checking.
10. Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Consumer ombudsman: [médiateur to be filled in].
